SecuriGlobe has recently stated that the company had chosen all-in-one IP communications suite from Interactive Intelligence to improve the customer experience.
According to the company’s officials, CIC's single-platform architecture can streamline company’s IT support and enable to be more responsive to customers. With CIC SecuriGlobe can search and listen to call recordings, as well as get a real-time view of contact center activity, produce customized reports; all these allows the company better evaluating agent-customer interactions.
SecuriGlobe is one of the largest health and travel insurance distributors in Canada. The company’s old system wasn't integrated, needed more functionality.
Therefore, the company has selected CIC to support all of the company’s Montreal-based employees, Now SecuriGlobe enjoys the advantages of skills-based routing, multi-channel quality monitoring and recording, Web chat and callback, unified messaging, reporting and IVR.
The company has implemented CIC’s multi-channel recording and scoring add-on application as well. SecuriGlobe plans to integrate the Interaction Optimizer that represents CIC’s add-on application for workforce management.
